Violence, In All Its Subtleties

• The problem with violence is that the mere thought, the mere intention of violence, already harm ourselves.

• The mind needs to be still, to be quiet – but most of all, it has to be pure. "Pure" meaning, not having even a hint or intention of violence.

• We can be clearer about this when we realize, not only the meaning of violence, but violence in all its forms – in all its subtleties.
